Upload your videos to Cloudinary (free), paste their URLs into a Google Sheet, then connect the sheet here. Your website will automatically use those videos — no code changes needed.

How to Set Up (One Time)

Upload videos to Cloudinary — Go to cloudinary.com (free account), upload your .mp4 files. Copy each video's URL (ends in .mp4).

Create a Google Sheet — Make a new Google Sheet with exactly 4 columns: slot_key, label, cloudinary_url, notes. See the template below.

Publish the Sheet as CSV — In Google Sheets: File → Share → Publish to web → choose "Comma-separated values (.csv)" → Publish. Copy the URL it gives you.

Paste the CSV URL below and click Connect. This page will instantly load your video URLs. Anytime you update the sheet, just click Refresh.
